Where do you get the 3000ft

So, on this approach, I have a 3000ft minimum altitude auto-populated to OVUTU, the IF/IAF. 

The MSA is 3200ft.

The leg altitudes are 2400ft.

Where does it get  3000ft?

Here is a Jepp copy of the approach:


Incidentally that is my custom hold, has nothing to do with the approach.

Orest, my guess is that you defined the altitude in your custom hold in the FMS

That is indeed possible. You've got your thinking cap on.

I don't believe that I set an altitude for that hold, but perhaps I did. I'll check that out again, next time I"m up.
