FreeFlight FDL978 and IFD440 com Port config setti

   Does anybody know the configurations settings that enable the ifd440 to display Wx and TIS-B B traffic? Here is what I have tried so far:

IFD440 serial Port setting:
Com4 output: ''Capstone HS tfc+Wx"
Wx overlay: winds/ regional 'radar'/METAR

The error column on the ifd 440 increments with com set mlb100 or sky Trax.
I never see Wx or Wx messages on the status page. I see typ ''C" as the  ads-B ervicee level with the Capstone HS settling(s).  

Any suggestions?
