I was flying along this weekend and was over a reasonably sized lake in the DFW area (Lake Ray Roberts) and my MFD terrain data didn't show it. I'm sure the plane's prior owner hadn't updated terrain in a long time.
What is the most recent terrain data and where (and how much) is it available?

You have the latest available terrain. We checked it here and the lake indeed is not displayed. Apologies for that.
