Does the IFD 100 10.3 app support multitasking? Don't want to load it until the 10.3 upgrade for the panel.

No plans to support 75%. It really wouldn't work out well with our user interface.

Too bad. I have a BlueMAX data acquisition unit that has an app to display the data (https://www.flightdata.com/bluemax). A 3/4 IFD 100 and 1/4 BlueMAX would be a great combo.
Understand the reasoning for the 50/50 though.
