I'm trying to understand the logic.
Route , Ktso aco Kpov.
Then procedure vor A. To Kpov.
Wondering why it doesn't ask to activate approach and unable to remove the procedure turn at aco?

I have an IFD440, so these page references might be a little off if you've got an IFD540.  But here goes anyway: take a look at page 5-14 of the Pilot's Guide and read the paragraph describing the LSK "Activate Approach" for information on that issue.  For removing a leg and skipping to a later one in the flight plan (including legs of an approach), read pages 2-16 and 2-24 of the Pilot's Guide for a discussion of 'flight plan sequencing" and the "Activate Leg" LSK.
