Probably the information is somewhere on this board.

How does one pair the keyboard with the IFD so it can be used? I assume the button on the back is the pairing key.

There are no instructions; are there downloadable instructions somewhere?

Check out page 6-46 of the PG for the pairing instructions. The button on the back of the keyboard is the pairing button.
