11:07AM CDT, Wednesday, July 30th, 2014. Conveniently at Oshkosh, although that's not the intent: They want it to be earlier, but jeez - the auditors/test pilots have to travel home, complete and submit their reports, which then need to be reviewed and accepted, somebody has to draft/update the final approval, and then a week in the signature cycle. But I certainly hope I'm pessimistic! |
