Hello! I am trying to update the NavData with cycle 2502 in our IFD 440 and after about 7% of loading the system halts and I get an Error Detected "Copy RF Nav Database Files." The obstacle database loads without any problems. The IFD software is 10.3.1.2. I understand there was an error similar to this for Non RF Nav Database and that was corrected with the latest IFD software. I have rebooted the IFD about 8-10 times, tried two different USB thumb drives (formated to FAT32), and loaded the USB drives from two different Jeppeson Distribution Manager Programs. I have not had an error like this before. I have a ticket with Avidyne about this but have not received a response yet. Has anyone else had this issue? This is not allowing me to fly IFR and I was on planning on doing just that today. Attached is a picture showing the situation.  ------------- Joe |
