I'm finding the CLEAR key difficult to use. As an example, to get to a point where it can be used for deleting waypoints on the FMS flight plan page, I must first use it to clear any alerts, most of which are from traffic (lots of training at my airport). Is there a way to clear all alerts quickly, or better, to turn off alerts for traffic? |

There is no way to clear all alerts with a single button press, nor is there a way to disable traffic alerts. However, you can delete waypoints using the bottom left LSK on the FPL page when it shows "Delete Waypoint". Unfortunately, that button is also overloaded, so there are times when the button is used for other operations such as "Activate Approach". ------------- Steve Lindsley Avidyne Engineering |
