My IFD540, running software 10.2.4.1, was rapidly alternating between LPV and LNAV+V minima and seemed to be flipping between having and losing EGNOS coverage every second. It eventually downgraded the approach and I lost vertical guidance as well past the FAF.

When the IFD was just out it didn’t work on egnos because it had never been tested in Europe. I wonder whether this issue is also the result of a lack of field testing. I have seen this a few times before.
