IFD 540 does not display the weather and merged traffic from the GTX345. TIS-B with circle in upper center of screen disappears when in the air, presumably therefore I am receiving the TS-B from the GTX 345. All works as it should on Garmin Pilot on I-Pad so GTX 345 is receiving it ok. Am at 10.2.3.1 and have configured IFD540 and GTX 345 as per instructions back in August.

Have read where others have this problem but have not heard of any solutions. Any updates solutions since August?

Interested in the status of this item as I'm about to replace my 330ES with a 345. BH

We all thought that this meant (well maybe not all of us, but many) was a receive issue, but the TIS-B circle does not mean that the receiver isn't getting TIS- B. It means that your transponder hex code isn't in the service list being broadcast by the ground station.

There are scattered posts on this topic on this board.
