Aside from the Bendix/King RDR2000, are there going to be any other radar dishes supported by the IFD-5xx?

I’m in the process of acquiring a Baron and I’m wondering if there are any other radar dishes I could pick up used to feed an IFD-510 or 540.

Look at the compatibility guide under the products. I have the Bendix 2000 dish. You might check out my prior posts. Be aware it is not plug and play. The IFD will need a $3k card. The radar will have to be upgraded to talk to the IFD. Also the Bendix 2000 is capable of being stabilized but will need a digital attitude input to do so.

That being said, I like mine. I often look at it on my IPad IFD100

Release 10.2.2 and prior are compatible with RDR2000 only. The next release may contain support for RS-181A, but that's not a certainty.
