Is there a way to export checklists from the IFD540 to the IFD100 app? Or import into the IFD100 app from a file?

I originally created a number of checklists on the PC Simulator, I then transferred them to a USB thumb drive and then uploaded them to the IFD540.

Now that I am starting to use the IFD100, I was surprised that when I connected it to IFD540, the checklists were not synchronized.
