How do I program the following instruction?

"Hold at a fix 8 DME south of FIM on 160 radial, left turns, 4 mile legs"

You would have to create a user waypoint for FIM/160/8DME, then add a user hold there.

thanks. Just tried it in the simulator and I get it now!
