I just cleared an issue with my IFD100 and IFD540 and thought I would share in case anyone else runs into it.

I loaded the early version of Jepp 1806 nav data to my IFD 540 that had the earler noted missing data. All was well until later I tried to use my IFD100 with the IFD 540. IFD100 had later version 1806 Nav data.

If I entered my home airport in the the IFD100 (KGTU), the IFD540 would show KGUR airport.

I tried re-loadeding all my ifd100 apps / data with no luck.

Today Jepp released the next Nav data files for late June. I loaded it into my IFD100 and IFD540 and all the data mis-match issue were gone.

I have not seen anyone else run into this but it might save someone a lot of stuggles.
