Avisimpson, is there a revision process to update the original manual we got with the 540 purchase to 10.2 status?

Way back with the first release, AviJake had a plan for a hardcopy revision service for the manuals, and that is why they ended up being loose-leaf. Unfortunately, I gather, it became financially not feasible to carry forward with that.
