I downloaded the trainer on my iPad and installed the charts. When I activate the trainer with a flight plan and go to the charts from the map page I get a message that the charts were not initialized. Any idea how to fix this

Did you download the charts when you logged into the Jeppesen screen? Is this on an iPad and is there enough storage space for the charts?

I did download current charts and I have plenty of storage
