Although there are exceptions with some of the lower cost plans, typically charge is per aircraft not per device.

And that is something they do well. Also much prefer their approach charts. * Orest |

I believe this is the offer you need, for the IFD.
http://jeppdirect.jeppesen.com/legal/flitepak/avidyne-ifd540/ What I don't understand, is this for every Avionic in one plane? I Have two IFD 540 and the new Aspen Pro Plus with Synthetic Vision, do I need another Subscription for the Aspen for Terrain Data? Anybody here with the same configuration? Thanks. |

The ASPEN data is in a separate pricing basket. You will get terrain data with your install. It seldom needs to be changed, generally only when better coverage becomes available for your area -- that is only applicable outside CONUS. As to the navdata, the ASPEN SV option uses only the social data that is bundled in with the navdata. As you already have the superior terrain avoidance (x2) in your 540's, I would probably not worry about updating the ASPEN navdata that often. I do it once a year or so. * Orest Edited by oskrypuch - 17 Jun 2016 at 10:49am |
