I have a brand new dual IFD440 installation and the #2 nav will not load the navdata and obstacle data.  The navdata gets to 50% then throws and error while the obstacle data gets to 61% and throws an error.  We have tried 3 different memory sticks -- including the one that worked on #1.

Some background:#2 did load once but was originally configured for non-WAAS and when we switched it to WAAS the data disappeared.  This is why we are trying to load the data again.

Have you called tech support?  Sounds like it could be a bad memory card in the #2 IFD.

Yup -- my shop is working with tech support.  A new unit is being sent out.  Was just hoping to find a fix since I'm traveling tomorrow.
