Chart loading error

   I had no problem loading the Jepp chart “USA” coverage into my EX5000, but “USA” only covers the lower 48, and I’m in Hawaii. Jepp provided me a Hawai’i only IFR charts coverage download, but any attempt to upload it into the EX5000 results in “Internal error: 2”, which doesn’t appear to be described anywhere in the EX5000, CMAX, or knowledge base. Jepp told me to call their Tech support, but I have little confidence they will be able to understand or help with this error. 
I tried several different USB devices, all that work fine for other Jepp data download on the EX5000, and all of which are formatted FAT16, and less than 2GB.  The actual Hawaii charts appear to be around 3.5MB. I also cleared the JDM cache, and had them reenable the download. I confirmed that the same Jepp view number is in use, and regening the CMAX code provided the same output.

	This happened again today; “internal error: 2”. Is there any way to find out what this error means?
