I have newly installed (~8 weeks) dual IFD440's that are working fine.  I recently got a UTC Mismatch error from both units.  I assume this means the times are different -- which they are by around 30 seconds.  Of course, I've only verified the delta in the hangar where both units only locked onto two satellites.  No functionality of the 440's seem to be affected.  Is there anything to do?  Or will this auto correct when I lock onto more satellites?

I've had this once with my IFD540.

According to the PG: UTC Mismatch - The internal clock does not match the time received from the GPS. Power cycling the IFD will update the time.

I assume this should be done in a location that has good GPS reception. Power cycling the IFD worked for me.

I have a 540/440 installation running 10.2.3.1 and have had this issue a few times on the 440. The 440 was always 2hrs later than the 540, min/sec ok. Interestingly, that was local time (UTC+2) although the time was indicating as z.

Power cycle did not solve the problem, but after some time into the flight I noticed that it had resolved itself.
