I tried to connect my keyboard to the IFD 440 following the instructions that came with the keyboard and failed. Step 3 is to ensure that you are in maintenance mode with bluetooth pairing page displayed. I cannot find the bluetooth pairing mode page even though I have bluetooth enabled in the user setup and the 440 is in the maintenance mode. What is the secret?

I just found this last week by luck on the 540. Hopefully 440 is the same. In maintenance mode, go to the config tab. You'll notice a row at the top that says 1/12 or similar. On the 540, there are 12 config pages. Rotate the lower right knob to go to the last page (turning the knob counter clockwise one click should do). That should be your bluetooth page.

I had read that section in the 540 guide, but it wasn't clear for a new user, until after doing it, how to get to page 12 of the config tab (or to recognize there was a page 12). For the 10.2 guide, it would be helpful to describe that.
