EX600 won’t load charts

   For the last two database cycles my EX600 will not load chart data.  Navdata loads correctly.  When I try to load charts the “proceed” softkey momentarily appears but then the unit boots into normal mode and displays a charts expired warning.  I have tried a different memory stick with the same results.  It doesn’t seem like a hardware failure because the navdata loads correctly.  Could it be corrupted Jepp data? For two cycles?  Has anyone else seen this?  Any suggestions?
