Imputing 135.025 in the XP Trainer, the trainer displays 135.015. Same happens anytime a frequency xxx.025 is entered, the display shows xxx.015

Have other users experienced same?

Make sure the radio is set to 25KHz spacing.  AUX-SYS-Setup.

This is the first item I checked. It is set at 25 kHz spacing. The moment I type 135.025 on the IFD100xp the standby frequency briefly shows 135.025 and instantaneous changes to 135.015

I assume you really mean IFD Trainer xp and not IFD100xp. Or is there a new IFD100 app especially for xplane?

it is an app for  Xplane 11. It is the IFD100 for xplane 11. It is a nice app. A few things still to be improved but so far I find it very helpful to learn to use the IFD series

I spoke with AviLance about this one.  He did find the bug and has identified a fix.  That will be included in the next release, but I'm not sure exactly when that will be.

Good find.  Sorry for the trouble.

I can't find the "IFD100 for xplane 11" app in the app store, only the "IFD Trainer xp" which is a full IFD not an IFD100. Are you really sure that's not what you mean?

Hi AviSteve,
I find the IFD Trainer XP very useful. I am using the Cessna 172 G1000. The flight plan is entered in the Trainer, no FLP entered in the G1000. Once airborne, I activate the AP, HDG, get on track based on the FLP on the Trainer. Once on track, pressed NAV on the G1000. The AP follows the FLP.

A few issues:
- trying to figure out the CDI
- YAW is not as steady as I would expect (under no turbulence)
- the FLP does not shows up immediately in the G1000 (right display), and sometimes it doesn’t show up

I’m sure it is work in progress.

Does anyone know if IFD Trainer Xp is also compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator MSFS?

If not, probably a small interface software tool called XMAPSY which can be used to connect e.g. ForeFlight etc. to MSFS might also allow to connect IFD Trainer Xp to MSFS.

Maybe someone already has experience with this!?
