Is there a way to enter adding an arbitrary amount of fuel with the R9 (version 9.4)?

I had the FBO at KBUR add 15Gal of fuel to my Cirrus SR22.  This put me at about 40 gallons per side.  The R9 gives me choices of "Full" or "Full to Tabs".  What I want is "Add 7.5 gallons to each side".

Yes, you just have to turn the right knob.  It only does whole gallons, though.  Outer is 10 gallons per click, inner is 1 gallon per click.  Also, the fuel system is modeled as just one tank, so you would enter 15 gallons using the knobs.

Which knob is the correct knob?  And do I have to push any buttons?

The right knob.  Push the Done LSK when you're done.  See Page 3 of the Pilot's Guide.
