I Just bought an Epic LT, and I am really considering the R9 suite, however, I would like to know if Avidyne plan on having an Yaw Damper system, if it doesn't, is it possible to install a separate Yaw damper system?

My airplane gets ready  probably on october

Best Regards,

Gian

For the foreseeable future, a yaw damper is not part of the DFC100. We do supply a signal to 3rd party Yaw Dampers that the DFC100 is on. That is useful for those yaw dampers that have an "auto" mode in which they automatically turn on when the autopilot is turned on.
