After renewing our Jeppesen subscription a couple of months ago, one of our syndicate members can not access the trainer app.
Message says no device allowed. I can use the trainer app on my iPad but I haven't updated the database. Is it possible to use the app without a Jeppesen subscription? Any suggestions?

you can use it with a de o database. When you start the app, login with a blank username and password. You will then be able to download a generic database.
