I have noticed there are a lot of aural warnings that the DFC90 pipes to the headset. Will this also include altitude preset approach tones and minimums warnings (something that has disappointed me greatly with my Aspens). I am VERY excited about the DFC90 (can't wait for a FD, IAS, and altitude preselect)!

Apologies for the 4-day delay in responding.....
Thank you for the note and we share your excitement. The DFC90 does have a connection by which it communicates directly with the audio panel. However, the Aspen PFD does not have an output that is connected to the audio panel. That being said, I recall hearing a Alt Preselect chime that would go off whenever I reached the target altitude. I don't have access to an Aspen Pilot Guide right now but that might be worth a check to ensure I wasn't imagining that alt chime in the Aspen. What type of airplane do you fly?

The Aspen does have a tone, but it comes from a speaker in the box itself, and is not connected to the headset. With engine noise + noise canceling headphones, it is hard to hear. There is supposedly an aftermarket product that can generate the tones in your headset.
