IFD 440: COM TX Fault

   Hi:
I just recently got back my IFD 440 from Avidyne where they replaced my VHF module... I am now occasionally seeing the "COM TX Fault" error on first key-up... typically shutting down and restarting the IFD fixes this..  doesn't happen on every bootup... but has happened twice in the past 4 or 5 boots... 10.3.1.2 installed and works otherwise flawlessly. 

Has anyone else seen this?  Feels like a software bug but wondering if others have seen it as well.
