What Radar systems are exactly supported by the EX5000? ART2000 and ART2100 vertical profile? Anything else? Any functional difference to the EX600 (overlay capability, radar control/display etc)?

The EX5000 supports the 2000 and 2100 as you note as well as the RDS-81, 82, 84 and 86.  The EX5000 does support Vertical Profile, and there are no functional differences in the capability of the 6 radars between the EX5000 and EX600.

It would appear from your silence that an issue (or issues) arose during the later MPSUE FAA flights - so or not so?

...it would appear that I pushed some wrong buttons...this question relates to the SynVis MPSUE flights, but ended-up here instead...sorry.

Hi John,

Did you see my SynVis post on 17 Dec?   It's over in the SynVis thread under:

http://www.avidynelive.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=123&title=avidyne-synvis-general

The status remains unchanged from them - no word (good or bad) from the FAA yet on status/findings.  They do periodically send me questions about the design indicating they are working/discussing it amongst themselves.
