I believe this is a known bug in software 10.2.4.1 when a PIN is set. Avidyne tech support should be able to send you a file that you can use to remove the PIN.

Hi:

I have an IFD440 running 10.2.4.1 and  I am having difficulties saving an updated wifi config in the IFD440... Normally, this IFD is a WiFI client to my Stratus 3.
  • My config pages have a PIN set that I know as I can provide that pin and see that the "protected" header goes away from the pages that are pin protected. I can also update config settings in those pages and my updates persist as I would expect.
  • When I go to my Wifi config page and enter my Stratus wifi config SID and PW, those changes are gone once I go to the next config page and then come back to the wifi config page.
Anyone else seen this? @AviSteve...is this a known issue? Is there a workaround to update my wifi config?  Thanks!

Doug
