User defined waypoints

   My neighbor has a grass strip that is not on the charts.  I flew into his strip and created a user waypoint on our ifd 440.  I then flew from there to another airport. When returning, I created a flight plan using the new waypoint as the destination.  It worked fine.  My question is when I update to the next data cycle in both my ifd 440 and My ifd 100 on the ipad, will I lose that user waypoint in both my ifd 440 and my ipad?
