My unit keeps saying Fan Failure and it seems it is fan B - is there any fix for this as the unit runs fine and when I upgraded to 10.2.4.1 the fan failure was not present having been intermittent.

Bumping this - Avi Steve - is this a common issues - we have three 440s and two of them have this fault coming up.

I didn't quite understand this statement...
Nevertheless, the latest post says that you have two IFDs showing a fan failure? I'm not aware of any common failures regarding fans being reported. Sounds like a perfect job for tech support. Have you contacted them?

I will download the data and send it to them Steve - thanks for coming back - yes I wondered if it was something you had come across a lot?

Depending on how old your 440's are, there was a problem with the design, and there is a fix for that. Hopefully your units are still under warranty. I had that problem and had to send mine in. Apparently there is a clearance issue for the fan. That is why it fails.
