Multitasking of Foreflight and IFD100

   I see that the new Foreflight Passenger app "supports multitasking on iPad, allowing you to overlay the app in a small window on top of another app using Slide Over, or open it alongside another app in Split View."  https://foreflight.com/products/passenger/
Along those lines, it seems that providing multitasking capability to Foreflight and the IFD100 app could be beneficial, especially if that would keep both apps active and viewable/usable at the same time.  With the screen real estate available on an iPad Pro 10.5" or 11" model, it seems that both apps would be eminently usable in split view mode.

I am curious what it would take to implement this capability, and if both apps would have to be multitasking enabled, or only one of them would need to be.
