Hello,
I have recently installed the latest update for my IFD540. However, the charts are not displayed. What have I done incorrectly ? Thanks!

Not much to go on in that description. Best to call tech support and they can do some troubleshooting with you.

What is the contact number / email for Avidyne tech support? Cannot find any contact info on My Avidyne.

At the bottom of the page that comes up, three options are shown: 1) Phone 1-888-723-7592 2) Email pilotsupport@avidyne.com
3) Submit a ticket online |

Avidyne might consider including those contact choices on the My Avidyne page. I don't find it intuitive to go to the main commercial page to look for support details....
