I’ve been using the default 4° visual approach setting, which seems to work nicely for pattern entry turns, but seems a bit steep for straight in approaches. Perhaps it just my familiarity with 3° ILS approaches.

What settings to others use for Visual approaches with the IFD?

4 degrees.

I typically get long straight-in approaches at my home airport (KRHV) when coming from the south and I like the steeper approach so I can stay a bit higher.

I did not like the angle so I set mine to 750ft/min which works out nicely in my airplane.  Pitch over and descend at the top of the green arc.
